How many days is a weekend itinerary?
Usually Friday–Sunday when the event falls on a weekend. Weekday events get two calendar days starting on the event date. You can adjust dates in the home-page planner.
How do I get there and where should I stay?
The itinerary stays in the event city: lodging within walking distance or on a direct line to the venue, not a night in another city. You book tickets and hotels yourself — the plan tells you where to look.
What will be in the itinerary?
Event day near the venue, a calm morning before it starts, dinner nearby in the evening, and a soft last day with time to get home. The planner should not suggest a different city.
