Terms of Service
The core rules for using AlpacaBag and the generated travel materials.
Acceptance
By using AlpacaBag, you agree to use the service lawfully and not for activities that violate booking, travel, or platform rules.
Service scope
AlpacaBag helps generate a personalized plan and result files (including HTML/PDF). Materials are advisory/reference only and do not replace checking visa and border rules, opening hours, prices, transport, safety, and other current details yourself before you travel.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for keeping their account access safe. Route history and generated files are tied to the authenticated profile.
Public routes gallery
Free (basic) routes are publicly available and may appear in the shared routes gallery on the site. Premium routes stay in your profile and are not published in that gallery.
Payment and subscription
Basic route generation is free. A Premium route (create or upgrade) is a one-time payment of 349 ₽; the first Basic→Premium upgrade includes a 20% discount. Yearly subscription is 1490 ₽ as a single payment for 12 months of unlimited Premium routes; auto-renewal is not enabled. If payment succeeded but generation failed, you may retry without paying again (credit is kept until a successful result). Refunds follow applicable consumer protection law and the public offer.
Liability limits
We work to make itineraries useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee completeness or currency for every venue, event, or local condition. Fact-checking and travel decisions are yours; the service is not responsible for those decisions or their consequences.
