Northern Pacific Depot Railroad Museum

A quirky manhole cover marking the spot the Mayor declared the center of the universe in 2004. It’s a testament to Wallace’s defiant and humorous spirit. The declaration was a legal loophole to challenge the EPA's jurisdiction over the town.
