In spirit and era it is a cousin of Moscow’s Ostankino Tower: late-Soviet modernist TV infrastructure, not a decorative spire. Height is about 375 m. Victory Park / green belts nearby, Minor Mosque as a separate architecture stop, and the plov centre (Besh Qozon) at the base for lunch before or after the lift. On clear days you may glimpse mountains toward Chimgan — that is a separate nature outing, not part of a dense city day.
